Who we are and what we do...

Collections:
Torres Credit Services handles Early Out, First Placement, Second Placement, Tertiary, as well as provides professional letter services to all of our clients. All collectors are trained on the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA), and all calls are monitored to ensure compliance with all Federal and State laws. Collectors are continually trained in order to provide them with the most up-to-date information so they understand the guidelines of existing laws.

Our work also consists of pre-collection, skip tracing and other specialty services and projects. Many methods are used in locating a particular debtor including LexisNexis, CBC Innovis, National Change of Address, Experian, and TransUnion services. We currently handle Utility, Telecommunications, Medical, Banking, Retail, Commercial, and Return Check collections.
Torres Credit Service, Inc is a certified Minority Business Enterprise. We have been certified by the following Organizations: National Minority Supplier Development Council (MSDC); Minority Certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; Minority Certified by the City of Philadelphia. Customer Service:
Torres Credit Services, Inc. prides itself on increased diversity within operations and projects. We currently handle projects such as Pre-Collection Letter Services, Mail Return, as well as projects assisting low-income customers who are looking for assistance with Utility service restoration.
We currently have the resources and experience in administering specialized projects for our clients.
