Predictive/Power Dialer Environment



Our Predictive Power Dialer is provided by Dial Connection. The system is designed to handle both inbound and outbound calls and predicts when the next collector will be available for the next call. This predictive dialing techonology improves productivity by 200 to 400 percent compared to manual dialing. This technology allows Torres Credit Services, Inc. to handle small and very large client portfolios with 100% efficiency.

Call activity and history is tracked in a Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database providing easy accessibility to the data for reporting and manipulating through standard SQL command statements.

Our Predictive/Power Dialer dials out automatically and screens out answering machines, busy signals, disconnected numbers (Operator Intercepts), no answers, and effectively "predicts" when a live contact will be reached and when an agent will be available.

Our Call Center abilities allow increased flexibility for many different functions including, but not limited to:

* Incorporates agent monitoring, coaching, text messaging and digital call recording
